Freelancer and PR trainer, Sally Flood, has this week posted on her blog a comment entitled 'I declare war on web PR services!' (http://www.gettingink.typepad.com/). Surely valuable web service tools, such as Response Source, should not be punished for the occasional misuse by lazy journalists? What do you think? Is Response Source a useful tool you couldn't live without, or an excuse to sit back and wait for the journalist to post a request?
